Behind Xolve’s tech-led approach is co-founder Richard Metcalfe – a seasoned fintech founder who previously built ARKK from the ground up, scaling the business to over $10m in annual revenue. He was also behind one of the UK’s first Making Tax Digital (MTD)-compatible platforms, giving him deep insight into how to make compliance seamless.
With MTD now expanding across more industries and income types, Xolve’s launch couldn’t be better timed. While the long-term goal is more automation and accuracy, the current reality for many business owners is confusion, pressure and increased admin.
